FFCTV.com is a general audience site. Information FFCTV.com Gathers/Tracks
FFCTV.com gathers data about users from different sources: through optional, voluntary registration, and optional, voluntary participation in certain contests and sweepstakes. 2. FFCTV.com Member Registration w/ Newsletter Option

During registration the user is required to supply a member name ("handle"), password, age, name, e-mail address and zip code. They may also answer survey questions including gender, education, and FFCTV availability. During registration the user has the option of supplying mailing address, income, marital status, employment status and other demographic/psychographic queries. In addition user has the option to subscribe to the FFCTV Newsletter and various other newsletters of interest. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter.
3. Various Periodic Surveys/Polls
Occasionally FFCTV.com conducts user surveys to better target our content to our audience. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our advertisers and partners. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party. FFCTV.com offers interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see how the FFCTV.com audience feels about relevant issues.
4. Various Periodic Sweepstakes/Contests/Promotions For Prizes
FFCTV.com offers contests and sweepstakes in which we request certain personal information. FFCTV Network Inc. may from time to time host contests, concerts, and other events designed to promote FFCTV.com and FFCTV Network Program Service, during which personal information may be collected from members of the public on a voluntary basis. 6. In response to a Law Enforcement Request or Legal Action
We reserve the right to disclose your name to law enforcement authorities or to third parties seeking civil judgement or other relief from a court of law. Such disclosures will be made at our sole discretion.

The site does this by building a community database that provides individual and overall demographic and psychographic profiles. The site will also utilize information gathered to build member profiles, so that we may have the ability to identify and contact our most loyal viewers. Additionally, the site will utilize the opt-in features to provide community members with news and information about new content, products, and features of the site or FFCTV Network via direct contact of electronic mail.

Sponsored third party sweepstakes, contests or promotions where demographic information is gathered may be shared with a third party for marketing purposes.
