FFCTV.com is a general audience site. FFC and All Film Pro
believe that parents should supervise their children's online
activities and consider using parental control tools available
from online services and software manufacturers that may help
provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools may
also prevent children from disclosing online their name, address,

Information FFCTV.com Gathers/Tracks
FFCTV.com gathers data about users from different sources:

2. FFCTV.com Member Registration w/ Newsletter
Option
FFCTV.com offers free, voluntary registration to users. By
registering, users can enter restricted areas of the site,
such as the bulletin board and chat areas. During registration
the user is required to supply a member name ("handle"),
password, age, name, e-mail address and zip code. They may
also answer survey questions including gender, education,
and FFCTV availability. During registration the user has the
option of supplying mailing address, income, marital status,
employment status and other demographic/psychographic queries.
In addition user has the option to subscribe to the FFCTV
Newsletter and various other newsletters of interest. Users
may remove themselves from this mailing list by following
the link provided in every newsletter.
3. Various Periodic Surveys/Polls
Occasionally FFCTV.com conducts user surveys to better target
our content to our audience. We sometimes share the aggregated
demographic information in these surveys with our advertisers
and partners. We never share any of this information about
specific individuals with any third party. FFCTV.com offers
interactive polls to users so they can easily share their
opinions with other users and see how the FFCTV.com audience
feels about relevant issues.
4. Various Periodic Sweepstakes/Contests/Promotions
For Prizes
FFCTV.com offers contests and sweepstakes in which we request
certain personal information. At a minimum, the user must
register as a member of FFCTV.com, and in some cases, the
user must answer mandatory survey questions about a range
of other personal data. The information gathered in the entry
form is used to verify the entrant's identity, and to contact
winners and/or prize recipients. There are two situations
in which FFCTV.com will divulge this information to a third
party (provided the user gives express consent):

identifiable information is divulged to the advertiser. Sharing
information with a contest sponsor may be required to participate

(2) Some of the contests may be hosted on the FFCTV.com site
but administered by a sponsor; in such cases, the information
a user provides is passed on to the third party (provided
the user gives express consent). In some cases this consent
may be required to participate in the event.
Because the rules and terms of each contest can vary, all
information about each contest is clearly posted during the
event. All contests and sweepstakes are conducted in full
accordance with United States federal and state laws.
5. Promotional Activities and In-Person Solicitation
FFCTV Network Inc. may from time to time host contests, concerts,
and other events designed to promote FFCTV.com and FFCTV Network
Program Service, during which personal information may be
collected from members of the public on a voluntary basis.
This information may be combined with any information collected
through the FFCTV.com web site.
6. In response to a Law Enforcement Request or
Legal Action
We reserve the right to disclose your name to law enforcement
authorities or to third parties seeking civil judgement or
other relief from a court of law. Such disclosures will be
made at our sole discretion.
Access to our servers and server logs is restricted to authorized
personnel who are responsible for upholding this privacy policy.
Our site also contains links to other Web sites with which
we have affiliations. We are not responsible for the privacy

Use of the Information This Site Gathers/Tracks
The information that is gathered on each of the data entry
forms throughout the site, as described above, is utilized
to better understand and serve the needs of the FFCTV popular
arts community. The site does this by building a community
database that provides individual and overall demographic

gathered to build member profiles, so that we may have the
ability to identify and contact our most loyal viewers. Additionally,
the site will utilize the opt-in features to provide community
members with news and information about new content, products,
and features of the site or FFCTV Network via direct contact

Sharing of the Information This Site Gathers/Tracks
Sponsored third party sweepstakes, contests or promotions
where demographic information is gathered may be shared with
a third party for marketing purposes. Information gathered
beyond name, e-mail address, age, and zip code, is optional
except in the case of sweepstakes/contests, where further
information may be needed for fulfillment.
Your information may be shared with All Film Pro and its affiliates,
subsidiaries, joint venturers, sponsors and partners with

may be combined with information collected by Affiliated Third

to carry the quality popular arts programming that FFCTV provides.

which you submit through the "Get FFCTV" function.

Not withstanding anything in this agreement, information collected
